On behalf of the supporters of Chairman Gen. @mkainerugaba (PLU), I handed over a motorcycle (a “seed”) to Mr. Publicity from Natete, who says he lost his job after being seen at the President’s farm. He alleges that his employer, who supports a different political side, took away the motorcycle he had been using for work and told him to seek employment from “Mzee.” In response, I chose to support him with a motorcycle so he can provide for his family. The understanding is that, with time, he will work towards acquiring another motorcycle and pass this one on to another young person creating a transferable seed of prosperity. UPDATE: Last week, the Western Regional Film Competitions took place in Hoima City from March 22 to 27, 2026, and successfully concluded with the Awards Gala on March 27, 2026. Emerging filmmakers from the West participated in intensive practical training and hands-on production. The programme focused on developing authentic local narratives while building skills in scripting, team collaboration, production techniques, and post-production. The Awards Gala was graced by Chief Guest Hon. @BalaamBarugahar, and Mr. Haruna Musinguzi, Director for Finance, represented the UCC senior leadership.
