@Smith_Shell_ @RoyalMail @OctopusEnergy mine was the exact same for a few days, (stuck at the sorting hub in MK) Royal Mail have a backlog of Octopuses (Octopie?) to send out i think - mine arrived a few days later, safe and sound, but he is fine in his corner now.

Looks like @RoyalMail have lost my @OctopusEnergy Constantine 🐙. It’s been stuck in Milton Keynes since Saturday 😭😭

They’ve even sent a follow up email!

@virginmedia At the end of June I was promised £20 credit as you did not switch my service when I moved, in time. This wasn’t applied to my 1st bill, so I rang and spoke to someone who promised it would be applied to my second bill and once again it hasn’t been applied!!
