Hi @Hdfc_Bank my credit card was blocked due to an unauthorized transaction. However, I am not able to contact anyone in HDFC regarding when the card will be re-issued..? your IVR transactions are a maze and it is not allowing me to talk to a customer care person.

hi @Airtel_Presence i tried to speak to someone regarding (pre-paid) poor internet speed, just was able punch 1 & got the message it will be resolved within 8 days. your complaint resolution speed is competing with your data speed.
