Imagine discovering that your 11-year-old's school had been meeting with her in secret, affirming her as a boy, and changing pronouns — after you signed an "arts and crafts" permission slip.
That's what happened to this mom. Her daughter has since detransitioned, and the family has filed a lawsuit against the district.

Glenna Goldis, who was fired last month for publicly contradicting false claims made by the office of Laetitia James concerning pediatric gender medicine, will be moving to the Federal Trade Commission to investigate transgender medical providers as perpetrators of consumer fraud.

BREAKING: American Society of Plastic Surgeons issues new position statement opposing "gender-affirming" surgeries in adolescents under the age of 19. ASPS also acknowledges risks of endocrine interventions, poor guidelines, and inappropriate use of "autonomy" principle.

At this point, any doctor who tells parents that they must choose between a "live daughter or a dead son" is committing criminal fraud. That is a specific legal allegation. The elements are:
- the defendant *knowingly* made a material misrepresentation (a lie or omission about an important fact),
- with the intent to deceive the victim,
- who then reasonably relied on that lie,
- leading to actual harm or damage (financial or otherwise).
It's not malpractice. It's a crime.

Now WPATH’s incoming president casually admits mastectomy doesn't prevent suicide “in and of itself”.
Informed consent means families should have been told that from the start.

If the incoming President for WPATH, a plastic surgeon named Dr. Schechter, says a mastectomy "in and of itself is not a treatment or a mechanism to prevent suicide."
If that is the case, what was this young girl told was the reason they were doing the surgery? Isn't the whole point to "decrease suicide?" Isn't this the central premise of their treatment model?
But here we have the President-elect of WPATH stating it is not even "a mechanism to prevent suicide."
How much longer should we allow ourselves to suffer this indignity? Because there are laws against this!
These people have demonstrated a pattern of behavior that is liable to prosecution under a multitude of criminal statutes. If this were any other situation, surgeons like Dr. Schechter would have already been a girlfriend in a longterm prison relationship.
I believe more people are waking up to the reality of what must be done. Hopefully those in positions of authority will respond appropriately.

When even WPATH’s incoming president testifies that surgery is not suicide prevention, the whole “do this or your child will die” narrative collapses.
Providers who rushed minors into irreversible surgeries on that basis will be held accountable.

Claire should have the chance to seek justice for a double mastectomy at 14.
Texas’s 2-year statute of limitations slams the courthouse door on minors harmed by these surgeries. Lawmakers can fix this by extending the SOL for detransitioners, retroactively.

one of the most prolific providers of transgender surgeries on children, Alan Dulin, operated out of Plano. he performed a double mastectomy on me at 14 which I cannot sue him for due to Texas' 2 yr medical malpractice statute of limitations. North Carolina passed a law retroactively extending the statute of limitations for cases like these, a similar one in Texas would allow me to seek justice.

Friday is the co-lead of @OurDutyGrp, a parent-led international organization that opposes social transitioning of minors and sex-rejecting medical procedures.
Her own daughter was socially transitioned at school at the age of 13 - without the knowledge or consent of her parents.
When Friday found out, she called the school and told them to stop. A week later, Child Protective Services showed up at her door—followed by the police a day later.

@themisRF Heartbreaking. Corey’s story shows how quickly vulnerable patients can be fast-tracked onto life-altering drugs while every red flag is ignored. No family should have to pursue a wrongful death suit just to be heard. Thank you for documenting this case.

Towe v. Cherokee Health Systems
Corey Towe is one of many victims of gender medicine. In 2022, he paid the ultimate price, taking his own life, just eight months after a single telephone call with a counselor led to him being put on cross-sex hormone therapy. In 2024, his parents, Shawn and Karen Towe, sued Cherokee Health Systems for wrongful death and negligence.
As a patient with mental co-morbidities whose parents were in the Medicaid system, Corey was one of the most vulnerable members of our society - and he was failed by the very people pledged to help him.
The facts of this case, which are laid out in the thread below with screenshots from the pleadings, are at the same time shocking and, at least to those who follow gender medicine, mundane. Corey's patient records are almost nothing but red flags. Several people attempted to intervene, including Corey's father and even the insurance company, but once the cross-sex hormone treatments were started, it seems that nothing, short of death, could stop them.
