It’s The Vikings. In this scene, the woman had been caught in adultery with Kirk Douglas. Her punishment was that her husband had to throw axes to cut her braids so she’d be freed. The husband had trouble so Kirk came over and helped him out. Total power move. Great movie too.

Illegal immigrant (undocumented non-citizen) voting in U.S. federal elections is extremely rare and not prevalent at any scale that could influence election outcomes. We are not turning our voter rolls to a 34 count felon who rapes children.
