Guys please I want everybody to know that it is not a normal occurrence for kidnappers to stroll into schools, kidnap students and teachers and behead the teacher and the leadership of the country is quiet about it, trust me it’s not a normal thing politics aside!

In all of this, I just want to thank women that fought tooth and nail for women’s rights to education, employment, ownership and everything we take for granted now. Let all of protect our mental health and peace which ever way we choose 🙏🏾

Just watched a video where a woman writer shared how her mum came over to help. Her mum did all the housework, laundry, cooking, cleaning, and childcare so she could focus. During her mum’s stay, writer TRIPLED her daily word count. Then she said something that hit hard. Most men have this kind of support their entire lives. Next time you call a man productive, consider that. Damn. Still letting it sink in.

Many human rights organizations, activists & concerned Nigerians ran countless campaigns for the reopening of investigation into Dadiyata’s disappearance, the DSS turned deaf ears. Dadiyata’s family appeared on many TV channels to appeal to the government, but nothing was done. Now that Elrufai is giving them back to back sleepless nights ahead of 2027 elections, the government is suddenly willing to reopen the case. Once again, politics is the priority not the people.

This culture of digging up everybody’s past to find ways to invalidate their current success is so sad, as if people don’t grow and evolve.
