Here is someone who thinks it’s communistic and deranged to think that property owners should have the right to build small multifamily on their land.
But improving land by adding homes, and increasing its usefulness is about as traditional a market activity as it gets. It’s how cities have always grown. owners investing and intensifying land use over time.
