@Trading212 @BritishLiberty_ Just an update, @Trading212 still have not closed my trade as requested. Several messages sent to them, now running a loss. Tried to withdraw a portion of my invest account too, so I can move brokers - no acknowledgement of this from them, but £19k has vanished without a trace.

Absolutely appalling customer service from @UPS. Driver turned up twice in 2 days after I had changed the delivery address. He then uses his machine to knock on the door. All footage caught on camera.
