What is your worst writing habit?
My worst writing habit is passive voice. It became natural over time (I don't know why), and retraining yourself after more than a decade of writing—especially at forty—is harder than it should be.

I had the chance to sit under @scott_redd teaching through Deuteronomy and the Pentateuch last summer. One of the most formative experiences of my four year seminary journey. Dr. Redd is a good man. A scholar’s mind with the heart of a pastor. Remarkable combo.

I think the church would take it's obedience to the creation mandate more seriously if more people knew that we get to keep our pets in heaven. Someone needs to write the monograph on the subject.
