@mediocreDevops @thepine64 Yeah UI performance is probably better than I expected too. Konqueror starts up but doesn't work properly, so the photo has firefox, but the rest of the UI seems ok but at the moment rotating the screen causes a crash so you have to keep it in landscape. Definitely usable though.

@martinbean @hollylawly That inconsistency with account types is somewhat frustrating ... The "detect markdown" checkbox in the preferences exists regardless, it just doesn't seem to have this effect in one of the accounts without the required availability :'(

@hollylawly I’m not holding my breath. I think it’s just their way of trying to get legacy users like me to upgrade to a paid plan, since their decision to mothball the free plan a few months ago didn’t go down well and they quickly backpedaled.

@omgubuntu @risc_v It was an April fools joke, but it is real. Does that make sense? 🦄 In a nutshell - identical to PineTab2 but has same SoC as Star64. It doesn't come with an OS / doesn't run anything, and is strictly to be considered an experimental device. Available April 11th alongside PT2

I really can't figure out what Musk is trying to do. Did he offer to buy Twitter as a joke and then got stuck when he couldn't back out so it's now a game? Is he keen to lose 'dead wood' users as well as employees? Or will his masterplan mean twitter is thriving in a year's time?

@bmarwell IBM's MQ JMS implementation shipped with an SxaSecurityImpl.class as part of the SSL connectivity support. I think it eventually got renamed but it was only ever intended as a placeholder name as I didn't have a better one at the time 🤣

@jonatan_ivanov Yeah you'd hope the number of reasons would be trending to zero now but a sizable proportion of the Temurin downloads are still from people explicitly choosing 8 (The default on the web site if users click the big blue button on the front page is 17)
