Hell it’s a new year and we are telling our stories. Very little is actually glitz and glam but endless struggles to unknown defined point. The Itty Bitty Shitty Committee is a real and awful thing and can quickly rip ya apart and I’ll be honest the last year was hard.

@Bdrumm_Rivals In the weather world, this is when the pressure is highest (accuracy). We also have to deal with the travel to and from work (it isn't canceled), as well as potential infrastructure issues like power and utility outages. Most people certainly enjoy it, though!

The ECMWF EFI is really showing the extreme snowfall amounts within the ensemble system. Shows how extreme the EPS 90th percentile snowfall totals are compared to climatology.

In 2026 can we normalize plotting useful paramaters for soundings. I could care less what the K index or STP or the LI is. Give me WBZ, mean mixing ratios, ECAPE and estimated downdraft temps. I have theories to work on.
