So on day 55 @o2 my mother still not had the bogus £123 removed from her account on the app which she promised and now she’s receiving further emails from you with other bogus amounts of charges for replacement phones when still on her original phone - utterly appalled #o2scam

Oh dear @O2 #O2Scam so you’ve managed to close my mothers case but only credited her with one month of fraudulent charges and not the other. We are now going into day 55 and this is not fully resolved. Is it possible you could get this right?
