@O2 Please could you advise? Will #O2 be reducing my bill for the days that my service is being interrupted this month by your local maintenance works? As #O2 will not be providing service on those days, it would be fairer if I don’t pay for the interrupted days #O2down

Spoke to someone in the O2 store. They said it's down for most of the UK and should have been up by now. People have been getting SIM swapped and now they have stopped it #O2Down
@O2 goodness me, I know the drill of switching my phone off and on and network reset, why ask me to do these things when I know like many others on here that you’re having issues. Just admit it and fix it please. #o2down
Day 6 of no internet from @O2 in West Cornwall. Can’t send/receive WhatsApp, access internet banking or use any apps without WiFi. I can’t believe it’s 2025 and #O2 are trailing behind everyone else. Unbelievable. #O2Down
