You can’t sentence a person to DEATH if there is REASONABLE DOUBT! His DNA was on HIS gun. The fragment doesn’t match his gun. The wound isn’t consistent with the gun. He did not sign a confession. His parents helped bring him in because the family friend told him his house would be raided and people will get hurt. The Sherrif said “he came in because he didn’t want to get shot”. The surveillance photo does not match his bone structure at all. His parents never even saw the surveillance photo until after they were told to bring him in. If this were my son, or your son, or some random kid down the street, we have a duty to make sure there is ZERO doubt that he is guilty before ending his life. Our children could be next to be framed and sentenced to death.

This is false,... The ATF was unable to confirm a ballistic match as it was only a bullet fragment not that the bullet definitively did not match. Shame on you for false reporting,....

Instead, we get a long, emotional rant filled with deflection and theatrics. That’s not how someone behaves when the facts are clearly on their side. If the video says what you claim it says, then there’s no reason to keep it hidden. None. You don’t get to dismiss legitimate questions by smearing people and hoping the noise replaces the evidence. What you are failing to understand is that you are existing in a MINORITY of people, Blake. The vast majority of the general public has questions and they deserve answers. Stop living in an echo chamber. At the end of the day, this is simple: either the video backs up your claim, or it doesn’t. And the longer you avoid releasing it, the more obvious the answer becomes.

During the ASU event we got a question about @MrsErikaKirk becoming the new leader of Turning Point. My answer: There was absolutely no doubt who Charlie's successor was. Charlie knew it and we knew it.

What a misleading headline from The Daily Mail. The ATF ran a tool mark analysis on a bullet jacket fragment recovered from Charlie's autopsy. The result was "inconclusive" — not "no match." The jacket was too fragmented to compare, which also partially explains the lack of an exit wound. The bullet shattered on impact. "Inconclusive" means insufficient evidence to draw any conclusion. It doesn't mean the bullet "did NOT match" the rifle like the headline says. The defense wants to use "inconclusive" as exculpatory evidence — but the prosecution wants to run chemical or molecular analysis comparing the jacket alloy to ammunition recovered with the gun. Unlike tool mark analysis, it doesn't require an intact bullet. The defense is trying to block that testing from happening. That's the nuance of the real story.

Okay. This is how I see it: Every single shred of evidence- testing, bullet fragment, shirt fiber, finger nail, and crowd fart should be tested in Charlie Kirk’s murder trial. Not one fucking iota of detail should be left out. Not one. NOT ONE! Fuck “Justice standards.” Justice ENDED when they shut down the rest of the suspect investigations. I want 130% certainty.
