Over 30 soldiers from 30 Sig Regt recently took part in an international exercise with the @USArmy and @CanadianArmy. Soldiers were based in the UK, @MacDill_AFB 🇺🇸 and Kingston 🇨🇦 testing how well our three nations worked together in an exercise environment. @BritishArmy

Massive congrats to the incredible Capt Jess Greenhalgh, she has confirmed herself as a MTB legend! She was recently crowned Army champ at downhill and enduro, and bagged herself the 🥈 medal at the Inter-Servies competition for the same two events! What an incredible result!

In September, our support elements were busy preparing for Exercise Steadfast Jupiter 23. The exercise will shortly begin! Our seaborne freight has travelled to Greece before being road-moved to Romania. Stay tuned for more info over the next few weeks.
