@policybazaar @PBHelpDesk Put more than 16 requests (and counting) to request a claim related call back. They keep on calling my registered phone number (which isn’t working) inspite of giving them my alternate number and requesting a call back on that for 16 times :)

Last year a senior citizen couple discussed us about his and his wife policy.. because of too many upcoming surgeries and all .. we strictly advised client not to port this policy.. and continue the same .. though policy condition was not good , but no other chance .. as the policy that they had having from last 7 years After my strict no to port he went to some XYZ .. online aggregator .. the guy advised hide this osteoarthritis as surgery is not even reqrd so no issue we can hide it out .. but now company somehow got old documents and the issue over here is claim got rejected and now policy will also get rejctd .. On grounds of NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT, no one can do anything… A clear no to port is not beneficial for us but benfcl for client

Care insurance is offering a lower premium at 21.6k with 10 lacs coverage & refill if needed for the same amount. @NIKHILLJHA is it recommended to port? I've been using Niva Bupa for 6+ years. I tried to negotiate a discounted premium with Niva, but they're unable to.

@StarHealthIns This is regarding policy no. 11230216448803. My father’s planned admission at Apollo Multispeciality Hospital, Kolkata is being denied a Deluxe room. The hospital says Star doesn’t allow it for your policyholders despite my top-up for any room category. Why suffer?

@ICICILombard ICICI appointed renewal agent just tried to defraud me by offering me a “renewal discount” — he actually had removed add ons from the policy without informing me while claiming that it was a “discount”. Policy was bought through @BeshakIN @themahavir

Hi @ICICILombard When will you fix your glitchy app? I am trying to see how much I need to pay for the order and whenever I click on Pay at Pickup it takes me to a blank page. It is so difficult to get things done in your app! I had complained in July about the same error!
