@BritanniaLtd woken up by the fire alarm going off at 4:15am in The Royal hotel Scarborough to be told false alarm - fair enough have to be in place for safety but I had 2 rooms booked over £225 spent and no compensation offered at the hotel by the duty manager. Appalled!

@monzo really can’t understand that you would put my partners account on hold when funds are available and it’s all we have left to pay our bills until the end of June to only be told that it’s going to be 2-4 weeks, can’t sleep with the stress of it all 😢
@monzo I have spoken to someone this morning in live chat and all I keep being told is the account is on hold and I don’t hear anything for 2-4 weeks? Not helpful at all in the current pandemic making more stress for us both, he hasn’t slept all weekend, very upset 😢
