@JesseKellyDC The Communists are in power right now. They are rapidly pushing through their Zionist, UN, digital ID, digital currency, police state, interoperable AI control grid, Smart City, 2030 agenda. As long as it's introduced as a solution to your perceived problem, you accept it.

@howboutdatcat @allenanalysis LOL There was no law broken. The cop was escorting somebody to get their belongings out of the home who was prohibited from being there by protective order. He doesn't even have jurisdiction over tribal members and busted into the house without a warrant. He was fired.

@allenanalysis Why do people fault the police for this? Everyone is a fucking expert. LET THE POLICE DO THEIR JOBS AND STOP RESISTING AND BREAKING THE LAW IN THE FIRST PLACE, DUMBASSES.

A Native American family in Utah says a police officer showed up at their home with a woman who was legally prohibited from being on the property due to active protective orders. When they presented the paperwork — he allegedly crumpled it. Then entered anyway. No warrant. No permission.

@allenanalysis I live across the street from the Onondaga Nation in NY . The police are not allowed on their property . They have to coordinate with the Chief and the Nations own enforcement . It’s a serious violation in our state

@allenanalysis County sheriff's deputies and municipal law enforcement have no jurisdiction over tribal members. Tribal Police have no jurisdiction over non-tribal members. They must coordinate with each other because they share jurisdiction. This cop is breaking well established laws.

@dom_lucre If you own the land it's a different story, but let's not glorify somebody squatting on public property. Federal land belongs to every US citizen and this is no different than building a shack in a city park. The federal government will now close this area for everyone.

@BasedMikeLee Down with the police state! Nobody wants your murderous 9/11 thugs patrolling our streets. Leave it up to our elected Sheriff's like the Constitution demands! You have no authority to legislate over sovereign states. Only Federal enclaves.

@DaveMarshallAZ You need to stop ALL forms of geoengineering including cloud seeding. SAI is already happening in Arizona. That's the haze lingering over Phoenix right now. I watched the small airplanes blanket the sky with artificial clouds that slowly spread out throughout the day.

We had a bill pass the House and Senate to prevent the government from spending your tax dollars to make the sun less hot. Governor Katie Hobbs vetoed it. Her argument against it was that it "focused on conspiracy theories." Meanwhile, climate activists in her party want to do exactly that. We can't keep dismissing serious legislation with political buzzwords. I am proud to have co-sponsored this legislation with @LisaFink4AZ and @DrRalphHeap; and we look forward to @andybiggs4az signing a new version of it into law when he is elected.

@usbr Working with special interest groups and international organizations to reallocate water for environmental purposes and your goal of equitable water distribution between people and nature is unrealistic on a system that already relies on artificial rain.

Bureau of Reclamation
🌻Spring has arrived in California, bringing vibrant blossoms, busy bees and fluttering butterflies that highlight the season’s renewal. Behind the scenes, the Bureau of Reclamation’s Central Valley Project helps make this seasonal renewal possible. By delivering reliable water throughout the valley, the CVP supports the blooming plants that feed pollinators, sustain ecosystems, and brighten communities from the foothills to the farms. As trees bud and wildflowers open, the water carried through the CVP nourishes the habitats that bees, butterflies, and other pollinators depend on — helping nature thrive and supporting California’s agriculture that feeds the nation. 🐝 From the first blossoms to the last summer bloom, the Central Valley Project plays a vital role in keeping our environment healthy, our crops growing, and our natural world buzzing with life. 🌸

@RazorbackNut59 @TonyLaneNV @V_Lady2024 Fuck that! This is the United States of America and this is no different than open carrying a firearm. Our constitution is above and beyond the safety of any government institution. It's a government facility and therefore it is a public property.

FILMING OUTSIDE A PRISON… AND IT GETS TENSE FAST A man recording outside a correctional facility gets confronted by officers… He says he’s not doing anything wrong - no signs, no warnings, no trespassing Claims he was just checking out the new electric patrol cars and the area Officers clearly weren’t feeling it… Now it turns into a back-and-forth over rights vs security Do you think you should be allowed to film outside a correctional facility… or is that crossing the line? ⬇️ 🇺🇸

Democrat Muslim Virginia Senator introduces a bill to make Islamophobia a hate crime and to track Americans in a hate crime database who disrespect Islam Yes, this is real “The Bill directs the Virginia State Police, the Attorney General and the Office of Diversity, equity and Inclusion to track and catalog these cases in a hate crime reporting system.” “Virginia is becoming Islamified right in front of our eyes. This is Virginia's Senate Bill 624, introduced — by state Senator Saddam Azlan Salim , a Democrat representing the 37th District. The bill formally inserts a definition of Islamophobia into Virginia's assault and battery laws. It defines Islamophobia as malicious prejudice or hatred toward Islam or Muslims, but it applies even if the alleged victim isn't Muslim. As long as someone claims you targeted them based on a perceived connection to Islam. Perceived” Again, just “Perceived”

@BasedMikeLee No it's not. Because the save act does nothing but attach digital ID to a constitutionally protected activity. This country has operated for 250 years on an oath that voters are telling the truth under penalty of perjury. Make the DOJ enforce the law!

@JonathanTurley No government entity besides county sheriffs are constitutionally equipped to solve the immigration crisis. The federal government has no legislative jurisdiction and therefore the executive is extremely limited on power and will face multiple constitutional roadblocks.
