As for all the conspiracy theories in the claims about weapon system systems, etc….. I will wait to see how Iran turns out. I know how Libya turned out under Obama. I know that Putin invaded Crimea, which was part of Ukraine and took it under Obama. I know that nothing happens under Trump’s first term except that for the first time we gave Ukraine actual weapon systems which Obama would not do. Javelin missile systems, which literally is the only reason the initial attack which occurred under Biden after Biden made a public comment that he wouldn’t react to a “minor incision” by Putin into Ukraine resulted in that invasion.

Again, rape is an actual crime so he was not an adjudicated rapist. The 34 counts were a misdemeanor, and the felony conviction will be vacated as virtually every legal scholar has noted, although it will take a couple of years to go through the process. There was no actual underlying crime and there were over a dozen reversible errors. But thank you for continuing to act so irrational and to attempt to insult like a junior high boy. I’m not pompous. Being inappropriate may not be the most moral thing but it’s not criminal. Clinton was elected twice and had massively more credible accusations against him. Eisenhower had a mistress. FDR had a mistress. JFK literally did cocaine and went through interns at the White House like candy. lol. Biden is sleazy and Harris when she was in her early 20s “dated” the original slick Willy, who was married and in his 60s and then essentially bankrolled her career. I’m interested in what policies will best serve the country not whether or not at some point in his time, he may have tried to kiss someone and they said no.

It’s totally logical to believe that a woman whose social media posts claim that men cannot say no to sex and are quite bizarre and has said that rape is sexy, who calls her pets by explicit sexual references while claiming to have been raped by seven different men, most of which are famous including a mafia leader who had emails with her friends saying and laughing about how they would cook up a scheme to get Trump is telling the truth. It’s totally OK for someone to say that they can’t even remember the exact year or even the time of year, so that no witnesses and no defense can be built but then in her book famously claims she kept a dress with his DNA on it and still had it and had her lawyer try to demand a personal DNA sample to be given not to the courts, but to her personal lawyer… then when this case came up, refused to present the dress and had the judge disallow the jury from hearing about it or hearing about the fact that the dress she claimed to have all those years didn’t even exist for several years beyond the timeframe that she claimed this occurred. Should I go on? Would you think that was fair to any person if his name wasn’t Trump?

She’s not going to see hardly any money and she could’ve done both. You can literally lodge a criminal complaint and also sue someone after that in civil court. In fact, your case is even better if you have a criminal conviction. The reason she chose not to do the criminal conviction is because in an actual criminal case you don’t have the same rules, which means that you actually have to present evidence, and the judge has to allow the exculpatory items I noted to be allowed to be presented

What evidence in the case are these findings that you claim exist? For example, the judge did not allow the emails between her and her friend who testified that she had told her which noted that they would cook up a scheme to get Trump. The judge did not allow the fact that the famous dress she claimed to exist with DNA did not exist in the time period. She claimed this occurred. I can go on and on with numerous things that show that she is quite literally mentally unwell, which is why major media outlets will not do live interviews with her as she is bizarre beyond belief.

It wasn’t inferred beyond a reasonable doubt. Literally the definitions are that if you think it’s 51% likely that this could’ve occurred you can vote in that direction. Given that the judge allowed none of her lies or the fact that she is a serial accuser who has literally accused seven major men of raping her, including claiming a mafia leader, raped her and didn’t allow any of the major lies such as the one about the dress to be presented to the jury. All they had was her claim. The judge then allowed her attorney to bring in two women to say that Trump had tried to force himself on them, even though no evidence was presented, and they had zero knowledge of her case. Something that would never be allowed, and which the judge did not allow in terms of attacking her character

A jury decided based on the limited information that it was more likely. I wonder if we allowed a woman to testify that you raped her and brought in a couple of women that had no knowledge whatsoever of the case to also say that you’re a horrible person if a jury would think that it was more likely than not that you were capable of doing what the person claimed. You would not be allowed to present any exculpatory evidence showing any of the lies and false information of your accuser. I bet you’d be really good with that and we could just say a local jury decided lol I’m not defending him. I don’t even really like the guy.
