Being inappropriate may not be the most moral thing but it’s not criminal. Clinton was elected twice and had massively more credible accusations against him. Eisenhower had a mistress. FDR had a mistress. JFK literally did cocaine and went through interns at the White House like candy. lol. Biden is sleazy and Harris when she was in her early 20s “dated” the original slick Willy, who was married and in his 60s and then essentially bankrolled her career.
I’m interested in what policies will best serve the country not whether or not at some point in his time, he may have tried to kiss someone and they said no.

She’s not going to see hardly any money and she could’ve done both. You can literally lodge a criminal complaint and also sue someone after that in civil court. In fact, your case is even better if you have a criminal conviction.
The reason she chose not to do the criminal conviction is because in an actual criminal case you don’t have the same rules, which means that you actually have to present evidence, and the judge has to allow the exculpatory items I noted to be allowed to be presented
