Last Thursday I went to see the orthopaedic surgeon at Wansbeck Hospital and what turned out to be another Five specialist consultants. Top and bottom of it is there it has been decided that we will amputate my left leg above the knee. I have an appointment on Thursday, the 4th of April which I think will be the start clock for the proceedings leading up to the amputation. Many many things to be done of course on the Domestic and Medical front. Wish me luck!

I’ve written to the Defence SoS calling for urgent clarity on the NMH programme & the delayed Defence Investment Plan. @Leonardo_UK supports 1000s of skilled jobs, & its future depends on this contract. We were promised a defence dividend – I’ll keep pushing until we get answers.
