This is a timeline worth understanding. If you read all of it, you will see some incredible and historic events. I've attached my letter to Douglas County Clerk Dan Loomis, as CEO of the UPTD, refusing to certify the election. October 18, 2024 Appointed Interim CEO of Umpqua Public Transit District (later hired as permanent CEO). November 1, 2024 Thwarted insolvency event at UPTD. February 1, 2025 Achieved UPTD's full compliance with all state and federal regulations, backed up by April 28, 2025 Scott Presler announces endorsement of IP37 effort in Oregon. May 20, 2025 Every board member lost their seat in the special election, except Todd Vaughn. He won by 95 votes. May 28, 2025 Douglas County Clerk Dan Loomis claims 48% of the total returns are counted after election day and Vaughn now loses his race to Natasha Atkinson - a previous board member who resigned in protest at my hiring. Now, every board member who was responsible for turning the agency around, has lost re-election. June 4, 2025 IP37 approved for circulation. June 20, 2024 Every penny is liquidated out of my family's bank accounts. Including our children's bank accounts by the Oregon Department of Revenue without warning, without due-process, and without legal justification. June 26, 2025 Todd Vaughn files lawsuit challenging his election loss. June 30, 2025 I became the first government official in Oregon to refuse to certify an election. (see image attached) August 20, 2025 I resigned under a constructed termination by (what I believe to be) a fraudulently elected board. August 26, 2025 Stephen Joncus takes Vaughn case. Files second amended petition. September 4, 2025 Every judge in Douglas County recused themselves from Vaughn v Loomis - the first time this has happened in over a decade. September 2025 Separation agreement is reached between me and the new UPTD board, each with counsel. September 2025 The new board works with ODOT to initiate a third party "compliance review" with RLS, targeting me and the board members who lost their seats due to election fraud. October 1, 2025 Ed Diehl makes record request for RLS compliance review. December 1, 2025 UPTD notifies me that they will no longer make separation agreement payments and breach contract. December 2, 2025 In an all day deposition by attorneys for Dan Loomis and Natasha Atkinson, I am questioned about a compliance review that I had no idea existed. I was also questioned the same day about the compliance review by Willamette Week. The compliance review falsely claimed illegal activities by the previous board and myself as CEO. December 3, 2025 The RLS compliance review was officially provided to the UPTD Board, 1 day after confirmation it was sent to the media. December 20, 2025 Multiple media outlets across Oregon report on the falsified RLS report as "true" - slandering my reputation and falsifying the historic facts of my work as CEO of UPTD. March 16, 2026 Request for investigation of ODOT, UPTD, and RLS conduct for falsification of public records by UPTD Director Michaela Hammerson became public information. UPDT Board Chair Jeana Beam tried to prevent Director Hammerson from presenting the request in a public meeting. Today, April 2, 2026 Vaughn v Loomis is heading for a historic trial after defeating 8 motions to dismiss. ODOT, UPTD, and government officials, including a gubernatorial candidate, are under federal investigation for criminal acts. UPTD is in arrears with me roughly $30K and continues to operate in breach of contract. My legal team and I are preparing to file tort claims against UPTD, ODOT, RLS, Representative Ed Diehl, and more in federal court.

@Dudley4Oregon A lot of hot air with zero policy positions. Of course we all want to "do better". Of course we don't want to "settle". But you are going to move the state forward how exactly? That's the difficult question you constantly fail to answer.

Just because you sneaked into my country and gave birth does not grant your baby anchor status in the United States. Today, for the first time in history, the President sits in the gallery of the U.S. Supreme Court to listen to the oral arguments for what promises to be an historic decision. Only a couple of dozen countries on earth still grant “birthright citizenship,” and most are places you wouldn't want to live in anyway, like Nicaragua, Honduras, and Guatemala. The language in America’s Constitution makes it clear: If your mom’s not here legally, you ain’t a citizen. Ask Americans what THEY think, as pollsters did last year, and only 31 percent favor this gift to illegal aliens. The only other Supreme Court decision on this subject, 128 years ago, decided you ONLY get citizenship with parents who are legally present. I’m confident this court will decide the same in a few months…and, predictably, liberals will lose their minds. So, what else is new?

@AJamesMcCarthy Bill is desperate these days to talk about something else because he's found himself in the position of sitting on the fence politically. He can't lean too far in one direction so instead it's "oh hey!! Aliens!!!"

I made a comment under this post but felt it deserved a wider audience, as Bill has a huge platform. There are far more likely explanations than aliens for the evidence we have. I don’t think we’re alone. I just think the likeliness of seeing “visitors” in this context is such a statistical improbability that it should be the last thing ever considered, and it would take overwhelming evidence to prove. It’s far more likely there was an IR light source out of frame creating a lens flare, for example. To really drive this point home, it’s FAR more likely that every single public official and witness was either incorrect or lying. It’s also FAR more likely equipment malfunctioned. It’s also FAR more likely a foreign (but human) military developed some form of exotic propulsion that seems to defy the laws of physics. All these explanations are orders of magnitude more likely than detecting the presence of an intelligent non-human species dancing around fighter jets. It’s possible, but to entertain it as a likely explanation is just silly.

@DamonLinker I will never forget the utter and overwhelming disappointment of seeing this opening day in the theater for the rest of my life.

It doesn't just suck. The Phantom Menace has my vote for the worst Hollywood blockbuster ever made. It's an atrocious film with incoherent plotting and terrible acting. Plus the character of Jar-Jar Binks, King of Cringe, which makes several scenes unwatchably embarrassing.
