@AmazonFBASam Have you thought about private label instead of wholesale or RA?
English

@AmazonFBASam credit cards and more credit cards and then some more credit
English

@fulfilledbyCory Amazon already auto authorized the refund to them. How can I change it so that I am able to issue the refund instead of auto ? Is that possible ?
English

@AmazonFBASam Make sure Amazon isn’t Auto-Authorizing the refund. If the money isn’t refunded, I think it auto closes after 30 days. Happens all the time. People try to get the refund but keep the item.
English

Fat Serrano harvest today. What should I make with them? @BotanicalSeeds @epicgardening @KevinEspiritu

English

@ibrahimkurtar_ I refunded the item and told the customer what the problem was. I don’t think I’m going to reach out to Amazon unless something specifically happens to my account
Best case scenario I just don’t hear back from the customer and they take their refund and go
English

@AmazonFBASam didn't you mislabelled the products? if so, explain the situation to amazon before things get complicated
English

@thenameistaha69 Does every single seller get one?
I’m wondering if you were to take it really slow and not go 0-100 like everybody else and just sell at a very steady speed and build account health up if it would make a difference
English

@AmazonFBASam Yes mostly on those listings but can strike on any listing.
English

@AmazonFBASam allows you to list your products in the US fba center as well as in Canada and Mexico
English

@AmazonFBASam dude how?? Ive been suffering with 14 days reserve for years now.
English

@fulfilledbyCory Yes is the total balance on desktop right when you login to Seller central - does that INCLUDE account reserve or no
English

@joeypraete Were you requesting payments everyday or soon as they were available? Or did you just let them payout every 2 weeks
English

@FBAMatt_ @TommyReplens I think the idea is to think in terms of selling products that are often complained about.
Nike shoes for example probably get lots of IP complaints.
But, ur not going to get an inauth on Dove soap or a NatureMade Vitamin C bottle. How can you say those things are inauthentic
English

@DBeyonder Most of the stuff I sell is health and wellness (consumables, like vitamins) or grocery, so it’s much easier on returns as well which I like
English

@DBeyonder Sometimes I storefront stalk and use keepa KPF and plug in seller IDs OR I’ll search by brands I already sell on KPF
But mostly, I have just found a lot of the stuff by looking at sites that are harder to find (for example I’ve never sold anything from kohls)
English

@AmazonFBASam That way I can drop my minimum if I need to. Was just using cloths & grocery as an example because your target ROI may differ depending whay you’re selling
English

@DBeyonder @Boxem @PB_Baily I’m in the same boat. I’m not looking for anything else besides P&L tracking
English

@Boxem @AmazonFBASam @PB_Baily But can we use it as a substitute for Sellerboard to see our P&L? I don’t need it for shipping as my prep does everything for me.
Thanks
English

@AmazonFBASam I set my minimums on a specific value. I was just using that as an example cause the return rates are higher. I don’t actually sell any clothing. What I meant was some items ur ok with taking less profit per sale
English

@AmazonFBASam I like to do it by specific amount because the amount of acceptable/target ROI may differ. I might wanna get 50% on shoes but I’m fine taking 15% on a fast moving grocery ASIN for example
English

@AmazonFBASam @PB_Baily Revenue and profit tiles already implemented with lots more analytics insights on the way!

English

@AmazonFBASam @Boxem
They are still working on adding everything as it just launched, but this will run laps around Sellerboard and IL
