STRC is not bitcoin, bitcoin is the best investment on earth. But if you're the type of person who wants yield, who's been parking money in REITs, who needs monthly cash flow, $STRC is a better answer than a building. - 11.5% annual yield - paid monthly - no tenants - no property tax - no maintenance or government landlord. A REIT gives you yield on debt-financed real estate in a depreciating currency. STRC is a far better option.

US private equity firms have massive exposure to software: A near-record 49% of all private equity deals now target software and technology services companies. The percentage has DOUBLED over the last 15 years. This comes as private market managers poured hundreds of billions of dollars into software firms over this period, betting that software-as-a-service (SaaS) business models would produce strong growth and consistent cash generation. By comparison, healthcare represents 14% of PE deals, less than a third of the size of software exposure. The private equity industry has never been this exposed to a single sector.

STRC is a terrible product. Bear with me here. The only reason is exists is because the guy selling it knows that he can make more money elsewhere. So, why don't you just buy the same elsewhere thing he is buying? Why does everyone always choose the wrong option?

STRC is a glorified T-Bill. Incredibly over-hyped by the Bitcoin community. 11.5% variable yield that is going to decrease over time. Not 11.5% in perpetuity. Zero capital upside. It is better than a "money market fund" or "HYSA"? Sure, but that's a low bar to beat. Nobody builds wealth with these types of products. It's not the best @Strategy preferred stock by any means. That's STRK. The fixed payment of $8 per share actually makes it far more attractive from an income perspective over the long-term. STRC is 11.5% annualized right now, but if/when BTC rallies & the Fed cuts rates, that's going to drop much lower. STRK gives you actual fixed income PLUS capital upside (non-expiring MSTR call option).
