A lot of Catholics will celebrate this clown show because they think it proves the illegitimacy of the Church of England
But I disagree with that approach, I think its a tragedy the Church of England has so lost touch with basic Christian doctrine
I think this will lead many more souls into spiritual danger
& further this is an embarrassment to all Christians including Catholics, we too have to live with the confusion stuff like this has on the minds of ordinary faithful who will think "if they can do it, why can't we?"

It's still just a special election, so results should be taken as such.
However, given that we knew that R's had AT LEAST 46% or more of the total vote share...the fact that they could not get 4% more is rough to see.

I did not like Charlie Kirk, I did not think he was a good person. But when he died I treated him with respect because for all his faults he still was a decent human. Donald Trump is not, he is a uniquely awful person. There is no way anyone should not celebrate when he goes.
