@AnneHawley @bellachu10 Yep. Over 40% of households in Seattle are single adults. More would be if the housing product was available.

I lived in a single room for most of my 20s and 30s and was happy with it; at first an SRO and then rented houses with friends. I would have been completely happy in a little studio apartment if I had been able to afford one. Giving people choices is good, actually.
