I honestly keep wondering if Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) is a factor in @PierrePoilievre 's weird behaviour, inability to take unscripted questions and stiff, unnatural speech pattern. He seems to fit the facial characteristics too. FASD would explain much about him.
