I am so weary of seeing people praise Bart Barber, including some who purport to be friends of survivors. Barber authorized that anti-survivor #AmicusBrief for the whole of 13 million member SBC. THAT is big part of his legacy. Can't just pretend it didn't happen. #ThisistheSBC

Disguising an internal investigation as independent exploits and hurts survivors who are told they are engaging in a particular type of process only to learn when it’s too late that they have unwittingly participated in something that will be used to protect the institution.
