Suggestion for anyone claiming they are too busy. Spend the next week hyper-analysing your days, Every single time you get distracted, you stop doing what you should be focused on, your attention is drawn to something else. Make a note of it, and carry on with your day. You are going to find out very quickly you are not as short on time as you think you are. Analyse and improve. Master your focus.
