@CLTWater Glad the email us working, but all I got was an instruction to sign up for CharMeck Alerts. There is no water outage option to sign up for alerts…and need to know when you are starting/finished with an outage in my neighborhood.

Due to a vendor network outage, the Charlotte Water phone lines are currently down. Customers can contact CLTWater via email at waterhelp@charlottenc.gov for emergencies until 311 phone service is restored.

Weve got a mini revolt brewing of teacher's who are tired of having to do extra coverage every day. People are starting to show up just a few minutes late for it, saying "well I have to do this and this during my planning time as well" let's see how this goes.

@dreddcnc My M left her calling of Teaching for a lower paying job. Its not just the $ She loved her students, coworkers, and administrators. The public ed system is broken in many ways. Standardized testing is a farce, entitled parents, etc. Luring new teachers is a short-term bandaid
