First, I want to say that I am a conspiracy theorist. I'm quick to believe a concern before discounting it, particularly in relation to politicians. Because I'm SUPER suspicious of people in positions of power. However, this video does not show anything suspicious beyond pure imagination. What would you do if someone's head exploded within feet of you due to gun fire? The dude (Laine?) is freaking out and at least rushed to help where where help was needed. The guy on the ground (Brian?) doesn't hand him anything; he points a finger and Laine grabbed his arm without thinking (he's acting on impulse). Then Laine steps away, reaches into his pocket, and pulls out a cell phone. If you've taken emergency first-aid before, you're taught to NEVER assume someone will call 911; you should specifically direct someone present to make the call because, otherwise, (more often than not) everyone present just assumes someone else will make the call and the call never happens. More than likely, there are ~ 10 guys surrounding one body already and so Brian(?) gave Laine(?) directives to either call 911 or (at the least) stay out of the way. Only so many people kneeling around a body can actually fit and/or be helpful in an emergency. Posts like these are what give conspiracy theorists a bad name; letting emotions lead before thinking. That makes us easier to control. After all (and at least for now), your mind is the only thing you can control. Don't let others hijack your emotions. Otherwise, yeah, I suppose they could probably train people in his position better 🙄

This gentleman took his broken bike to this lady’s shop for repair. She quoted him a price, he pays it. When he goes to get his bike, she recants and claims the money was a deposit and he owes more money or she’s keep his bike. He expected this and gave her papers for intent to sue, she rips them up and threatens him with her customer base. Do you think he misunderstood or based on her actions, she was right?
