Find a pre workout meal that works for you and stick with it. Likely higher carb, moderate protein and low fat. Good digestibility is key here. Don’t wanna be farting all over the gym.

@Charlanardo I would pay the price of a season ticket to know how many people on here saying ‘it’s not that bad’ actually have a season ticket We are paying more for a: Worse team Worse ground Worse atmosphere Worse match day experience Worse customer service And pay more for it!!

My ticket has gone from £41 per to £43.05. I’d prefer it didn’t but people need to get real. We want to be competing at the top end again, £43 to watch 90 minutes of entertainment isn’t so bad. You’d pay an awful lot more for theatre or gigs these days.

Arms cannot get too big. If you’re doing six sets of arms per week, and wondering why they suck, that’s why. Stop listening to pubmed puddle-drinker coaches and hit them more.

So many people are using training regimens that are absolutely burning them out Imagine trying to consistently execute a training regimen like this for example (see attached pic) If you attempt this, you’d be lucky to make a fraction of the gains you otherwise could and you’d probably hate going to the gym sooner rather than later

Even though I think Gakpo is the best 3rd Liverpool asset to get, I think I’m going to go Konate. Raul ➡️ Gakpo means using 2FTs and having my 3rd bench spot as fodder. I can do Lewis ➡️ Konate with 1FT which means I can do Raul ➡️ Everton forward for the DGW and then onto Wissa
