The message read, in part, “[redacted] is triple verifying that last example but all chapters are verified upon chartering.” ❓️We asked: Why does it look like one of the activism hubs in Ohio is at the location of a dog excrement bag dispenser? ➡️Lisa answered: “The dog poop accusation was a CPA office.” ❓️We asked: Why doesn’t the CPA (who works there) know his office is being used as an activism hub? ➡️Lisa answered: “Whatever spot they chose yes it’s random.” And also, “It’s [the map] is not meant to be GPS Amy….they never dreamed people would start searching up every location that’s not the purpose of the map.” ❓️We asked: Why aren’t the schools (included on the Club America map) aware that their school has a chapter when we call and ask? ➡️Lisa answered: “A chapter can be in a charter status for years while they obtain RSO status from the school. The school only has to recognize those they have given official RSO status to.” ❓️We shared: According to Grok, there is a federal law [20 USC § 4701] which makes it unlawful for a public high school, with limited open forum, to delay RSO approval for student-led clubs when there is other similarly situated non-curriculum clubs (i.e. Republican club, Chess club, etc.) meeting on the school grounds. We cited a supreme court decision [Board of Education v. Mergens, 1990] which further supports this exact scenario being unlawful. ➡️Lisa Answered by blocking me.
