@Juggernautb0b @Bancheis depends on the case I know of this guy who had an OP character that left the others in the dust and when confronted he argued it was legal. The DM looked it up and it was, so he told him to hold back a bit at least. He refused and left, arguing this.

@JamisonEdits Splicers have unique models they'd have to update, locations etc. The other raids were easier so Wrath was at the bottom of the priority list by "timelines" he means work and deadlines, not the vex shenanigans in the plot
