@LarsonDoors Nice try. These doors are on different homes 100s of miles from each other, so to suggest the same environmental factors affected all 3 doors at their same ages makes no sense. Also, I don't see anything in the warranty that says it only covers manufacturing defects for one year.

@CErinSNC Hello Erin - the manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturing defects on the glass for a period of one year from the date of purchase per the written warranty details supplied with the door. Funny thing: Pella may offer great warranties -- but the catch is that you can't make a claim. Their claim call center has an automated recording telling you they're busy and to call back later -- then it just hangs up on you. It's kinda #fraudulent. @Pella_News #pellawindows
