Hi @SW_Help I’m on the 0938 SOA to WAT. The platform indicators at SOA, WIN and BSK show first 3 coaches as < third full. Yet the train is packed and there are people standing in those carriages. It’s great to see loading indicators but these don’t work!

@SW_Help Thank you, so glad I got up early in the expectation it wasn’t running! Any idea why it was cancelled and then reinstated please? Glad it has been btw, just frustrated with it having disappeared from schedules in the last day or so.

Hey @greateranglia Why is the delayed 1738 @GNRailUK train from CBG to LKX not on your main screens? It should still show even if delayed. Ticket line staff were unaware and caught by surprise when confused passengers were asking what happened to it!

@SW_Help Thanks. So cancelled then? Why? Surely the online timetable should show it as cancelled (not just hide it)? Does that mean I qualify for DR? What impact does that have on my onward connection after London? And I dont want the earlier one, Im up early enough! @swtrains_watch

@Heidi_Labour This is misleading. You’re not freezing all rail fares, just some. Advance fares aren’t frozen, in fact I’ve seen my fares increase (and service reliability decrease).

What a surprise @virginmedia the ETA has been pushed back again. It was nice to have confirmed by your cancellation team however that when I call you want to placate me asap so you can close out my complaint as that makes your KPIs reported to @Ofcom appear better! Fiddling!

Yet again @virginmedia Im offline. I cant connect to the app now but when I was able (when I had a bit of signal from the equally useless @O2) it said no issues in my area. Having just called Im told there are indeed issues! In 2 years had more outages than 15 years with @SkyUK.

@virginmedia @Ofcom @O2 Outage now expected to continue until 16:00 today. I have no confidence it will be fixed by then. This is >48 hoursz I (& I’m sure many others) need this for work. Why is it taking so long @virginmedia? BTW your app still says there is no problem. @Ofcom Will you take note?

@virginmedia @Ofcom @O2 How do you reconcile these two pages from your app @virginmedia? One says there is a problem the other says everything is OK. Tried calling and yet again you hang up on me. Your service is abysmal. Worst ever decision transferring to you.
