@hawkblogger I guess the NFL explanation on it was the ball was moving forward then batted backwards, so it can't be a fumble. It would be equivalent to a pass being batted backwards at the line then caught by a defender. Whatever. Go Hawks!!!!

@hawkblogger I just looked at again. There is no way that ball goes forward. It was a backwards pass. If the defense intercepts or recovers a backward pass, it is technically scored as a fumble recovery, not a traditional interception.

The Seahawks had never had a playoff game with 2 players registering 2+ sacks before Derick Hall & Byron Murphy II did it in the Super Bowl. They very nearly had 3, if the Devon Witherspoon hit had been ruled a sack.
