Takes up to 15 days to get refund from @CarvanaHelp @Carvana when they are unable to provide car 4 days after it was promised in Dallas Tx. Much prefer @carmax for their wonderful customer service. #BuyerBeware

@CarvanaHelp I just bought my third vehicle with carvana. When I took the stickers off the windshield one of them was covering a broken place in the windshield that was not disclosed on the vehicle listing. I reached out for help and my request was denied.

@CarvanaHelp @carvana your warranty company Silver Rock is a scam and you should stand behind your vehicles. We paid so much force warranty and they took a month to put in a new transmission. Four days later transmission seized up. No rental no shop open. Ruined my Thanksgiving!

@CarvanaHelp 5 delivery delays. Car has been sitting 2 hours away for the past week. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow but again rescheduled. Less than 24 hrs notice. Notified that there was damage during transport. Now I've been rescheduled out another week. Am I being scammed?

@CarvanaHelp I bought my 2016 Kia soul yesterday It showed up on the truck with a flat rear tire and it won't go over 5mph, seriously pissed after being told carvana would help me and no one has helped Just spent my morning trying to get it towed to a shop which was a nightmare

@CarvanaHelp @Carvana I used your app to identify, purchase my 2017 Shelby GT350, and trade in my 2013 Ford Explorer right after Thanksgiving 2025. Almost 5 months later, and one temp tag extension, I still do not have my title transfer or my TN plates. Unacceptable! @myTDOT

@CarvanaHelp hi team- why can’t I get an actual person to provide a status on the repair work of my purchased but never delivered vehicle? Not 1 manager or person from the repair location has called me with a status yet. Delivery was supposed be today. It would help overall customer satisfaction even w/o definitive answers if we knew an issue was being resolved & we had a call from someone letting us know it’s being worked on
