I don’t know the details about the latest Tucker Carlson fuss, and I don’t really care, but Pam Bondi has limited FARA criminal enforcement to espionage cases. So if he wasn’t involved in dead drops and was just doing communicative work, he isn’t going to be charged, and neither is anyone else. FARA is basically back to where it was before Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissmann’s abuses.
