Hey @porterairlines why are you requiring people with Nexus cards to also have their passport to fly from New York to Toronto? The Nexus card is an alternative to travelling with a passport.

@porterairlines hey, we cannot check in online because the website is insisting on passports when we have Nexus. You absolutely are NOT required to bring your passport, Nexus cards are sufficient and we’ve done it for years. Beyond frustrating.

@danjmader @porterairlines Simple answer: You are still required to have your passport. They explain this to you in the Nexus interview. Don't leave it behind, that's actually illegal.
