The underrated part of @Reental_co collateral design: You can get $1 exposure with $0.25 capital. Example: → Invest $1000 in a property → receive tokenized shares → Use it as collateral on @aave (they accept it) → Borrow up to 75% LTV → $750 liquidity Now you hold: → $1000 in property → Earning up to 15% returns → $750 liquid capital The asset keeps producing yield while the capital stays usable. 110 tokenized properties. €100+ million in tokenized real estate. 4 continents with 32K users. The numbers look strong. Also: if you use my referral link and deposit $500, you get a $100 credit for the next deal. Interesting RWA structure. Start here: app.reental.co/?referral=zaim…

There's a lot of people that's probably tired about hearing about how 'RWA's are gonna CRUSH in 2026' and not see a single RWA project actually worth investing in or using... but today that changes - with @Reental_co (cool opportunity at the bottom as well) One of the biggest issues for most people when trying to invest in real estate is the fact that you often need a LOT of cash to start off. Sometimes 5 figs, sometimes 6 figures, sometimes even more. Reental solves that problem and makes it EXTREMELY accessible for everyone, and this is how it works: - deposit into the platform, where you can buy into a tokenized share of a REAL property with a minimum investment of as low as €100 - liquidity is available 24/7, so you can exit whenever you want - if projected returns (often between the 10-15% range) isn't met - NO commission is charged - Reental has it's own market on Aave, which means you can actually use those same property tokens you buy as collateral for even more financing, while earning real yield. the last part is the most bullish point and not something I've seen anywhere else, and I'll link the Aave market in the comments below. for a limited time your boy has an INSANE deal, courtesy of the team. anyone that uses my ref link (in the comment below) and make an initial investment of $500 will receive $100 FREE for their next investment. literally free. I'm personally thinking there might be a lot of value in central america in the next couple of years and there are OVER 100 properties to pick from. so many options - what are you gonna try?

➥ The Wealth Machine Nobody Let You Into (Until Now) Real estate has built more generational wealth than almost any other asset class in history. It's also been perfectly engineered to keep regular people out. The minimum viable entry isn't just expensive. It's structurally hostile. One property. One location. One tenant. Full concentration with zero ability to diversify without repeating the entire process from scratch. The people already inside keep compounding. Everyone else watches the chart go up without a seat at the table. That's not a coincidence. That's design. Until @Reental_co comes to play. — ➠ Why This Moment Is Different The tokenized RWA market is projected to hit $24 billion in 2025, growing at 57% annually. BlackRock projects $10T to $16T in tokenized assets by 2030. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Fidelity, and Citi are all building infrastructure in this direction right now. Real estate is the largest and fastest-growing segment. When institutions move this quietly and this fast, the signal is clear: the rails are being built. Retail access is the next layer. — ➠ What Tokenization Actually Does Instead of buying an entire property, Reental lets you purchase a token that represents a fractional share in the property investment. That income flows proportionally to token holders every month in USDT. You can buy in, scale up, or exit without needing to find a buyer for the whole building. What disappears: → Bank financing requirements → Tenant and maintenance management → Complicated legal paperwork → The $50,000+ minimum entry barrier → Single-market concentration risk What stays: → Real rental income from real properties. — ➠ Reental: The Track Record Founded in 2020, Reental is the most established real estate tokenization platform operating at this scale. By the numbers: → 110+ tokenized properties across 4 continents → $100M+ in tokenized real estate under management → 32,000+ users across 102 countries → Average annual return: 11%, with many properties exceeding 15% All with $100 minimum investment Property types span residential, tourism, commercial, and industrial assets across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia. One policy worth noting: if a property misses its projected return, Reental waives its management commission and distributes it to investors. That's alignment of incentives built into the structure, not just stated in a pitch deck. — ➠ The DeFi Layer: Where It Gets Serious Reental built Reenlever , a lending platform running on @aave infrastructure ($50B+ TVL). The AAVE DAO formally approved this integration through governance. What that unlocks: → Deposit your real estate tokens as collateral → Borrow up to 75% of the deposited value → Deploy that capital into more properties or other positions, without selling your underlying holdings In traditional real estate, your equity sits locked inside a building. In Reental's system, your equity is programmable. Static holdings become active DeFi capital and you will also get $RNT incentives on top of your base yield (up to 8%). — ➠ Reental Is Not Just Another RE Tokenization The structural problem with real estate was never that the asset was bad. It was that participation required a level of capital that locked out anyone who wasn't already inside. Tokenization fixes the access layer. The AAVE integration fixes the liquidity layer. Reental's track record across 110+ properties and $100M+ in tokenized assets gives it more credibility than most new entrants in this space. The institutions already decided where this is going. The infrastructure is being built now. The wealth machine has an open door. Your move.

In 2019, I went to Chiang Mai to become a Reiki master. I got a free scooter with my Airbnb and thought, "Awesome, there's no need to pay for the bike!" What I didn't think about was checking the brakes and tires beforehand. So I crashed twice in my first hour ever driving a scooter. I fell, ripped myself open, and never fell again. I guess that's how you learn. You fall, and you realize you're not the king of the world. A lot of traders in crypto could learn from that before the market humbles them.

Lots of noise on the timeline, but in the end, the price is right where it matters. In previous Bitcoin cycles, key weekly support levels (like long-term moving averages such as the 200W or accumulation zones) have been points where the market shakes off impatient investors before continuing the trend. The more fear you see the more interesting it gets. Happy to me

The uncomfortable truth about crypto fees (CEX vs DEX) If you've been in crypto for a while, you know that fees aren't just a minor detail they're the difference between profiting and simply wasting time. Let's get down to brass tacks 👇 CEX (Centralized Exchanges): Convenience with a hidden price tag Clean interface, high liquidity, fast execution. But that convenience comes at a price. 🔹 Trading fees: usually range from 0.1% to 0.5% per trade 🔹 Spreads: often invisible, but they affect the real price 🔹 Withdrawals: this is where it hurts (fixed fees + variable fees depending on the network) 🔹 Custody: not a direct fee, but you relinquish control (and that also "costs" something) Uou pay for efficiency and simplicity even if you don't always notice it. DEXs (Decentralized Exchanges): Freedom with friction Here, you're in charge. Your own wallet, no intermediaries. But the experience is different. 🔹 Gas fees: depend on the network (and can be exorbitant during congestion) 🔹 Slippage: if there's low liquidity, the final price can move against you 🔹 LP fees: commissions for liquidity providers (which you pay indirectly) 🔹 MEV (Maximum Extractable Value): bots that can extract value from you without you even realizing it More control, but you need to understand what you're doing. What about @Yellow ( Yellow.pro )? This is where the game starts to change. Yellow Network proposes a hybrid model with interesting features: ✨ Zero gas trading - no dependence on network fees per transaction ✨ Off-chain matching + on-chain settlement - efficiency without sacrificing security ✨ Native cross-chain - less friction when moving value between networks ✨ Non-custodial - you maintain control of your funds. Reducing friction (fees + latency) without sacrificing decentralization. In crypto, it's not just about how much you earn but also how much it costs you to trade. Fees are that “silent enemy” that, if left unchecked, slowly eats away at your returns. Understanding them isn't optional. It's a competitive advantage.

Good breakdown. The extra nuance is that users often compare visible fees and miss the bigger cost stack: spread quality, execution quality, withdrawal friction, MEV exposure, and counterparty/control risk. So the cheapest venue on paper is not always the cheapest venue in practice. That’s why the more interesting designs are the ones reducing friction without just hiding it somewhere else in the stack.

Insane dump. $BTC dumped below $70,000 today liquidating $521M longs! That's $628M liquidations in the past 24 hours!!! Now, $68,000 - $69,000 has thin liquidity below that could be swept, potentially leading to lower levels. However, above at $72,000 - $78,000 we have left behind enormous liquidation clusters, totaling roughly 8x more liquidity, making this the 'higher probability' zone to visit next. Bulls need to respond now.

Reducing it to such a binary is simplistic. The true strategic asset is not just control of the Strait of Hormuz, through which approximately 20% of the world's oil passes, but the stability of that flow. A prolonged conflict would raise risk premiums, send Brent crude soaring, and put pressure on global inflation, something that even the US cannot afford right now. Energy demand is already diversifying (shale, renewables), reducing the structural power of a single chokepoint. Forever wars tend to erode fiscal balances rather than reinforce hegemonies.

If the Iranian regime capitulates, the U.S. will come out stronger than ever as it gains control of the world’s most important energy chokepoint If the Iranian regime survives militarily, the American empire could begin its decline as it gets dragged into another forever war
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

No matter what Trump does next, the Middle East will never look the same - Gulf countries are pissed - Iran is more hardline - Russia & China are salivating And if the regime survives, Trump loses any chance to control the Strait of Hormuz, the U.S. will come out much weaker, and China much stronger Trump should have never started this war, but at this stage may have no option but to finish the job.
