UPDATE: A 12-year-old was just arrested for murder. And the LA school district is officially facing a massive wrongful-death lawsuit.
12-year-old Khimberly Zavaleta. She died playing bodyguard, stepping in to protect her older sister from a group of violent bullies at Reseda Charter High School.
During the fight, she was struck in the head with a metal water bottle. She suffered a massive brain hemorrhage and died days later in the hospital.
The family’s lawsuit reveals they begged the school for help and reported the severe bullying for months. Administrators did absolutely nothing to protect them.
We just arrested a 12-year-old for murder, but what happens to the adults who let it happen? Are the school officials just as guilty?

The Europeans are not dealing with “a man.” They are dealing with the United States of America.
The United States needed the most innocuous kind of cooperation from them. They denied the United States that cooperation.
The implied argument is that their obligations within our alliance depend on whether they like the guy we chose as our president. “Sure, we’re allies…if we approve of who you elected.”
Nope.
We are not going to forget, and we’re not going to forgive. I’m indifferent to their excuses or their rationalizations. The United States of America needed their help and not very much help. They turned us down. That changes everything. And they aren’t going to like how it changes everything.

Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States.
Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani. She is also an outspoken supporter of the Iranian regime who celebrated attacks on Americans and referred to our country as the "Great Satan."
This week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter's legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States.
The Trump Administration will not allow our country to become a home for foreign nationals who support anti-American terrorist regimes.

The State of Calif. is "Certifying" these Hospices as Medicare providers, which is how they are qualified to be compensated by Medicare.
So Calif. is responsible for allowing 1800 hospices in Los Angeles County to bill billions in fraudulent charges.

1) A teacher was on board as an astronaut
2) Lot of teachers wheeled TVs into their classrooms so that kids could watch a teacher fly into space.
3) Those kids saw the Challenger explode
One of the worst videos I saw was of Christa McAuliffe's (the teacher in question) classroom -with a sub teacher- watching the video as the Challenger exploded.
