Dear retard MAGA on h1b, please use your head. This is a simple prompt to GPT: "The US has per-country caps on employment-based green cards — no single country can use more than ~7% of the total EB green cards issued each year. The total is around 140,000 EB green cards annually, so each country is capped at roughly 9,800." The below is from travel.state.gov: travel.state.gov/content/dam/vi… There's only a maximum of 42k EB2 visa allowed (the other categories are special and not your typical worker, h1bs fit here). So it's 42,000 a year that an h1b holder MIGHT get depending on their country of birth. You're literally saying, the entire country of Americans is afraid of 10k Indians stealing jobs. That's absolutely beyond pathetic. I thought us rednecks got way more balls than that.

@megynkelly Not only that. The h1b grift rage bait has got to stop. Yes there are some scammers but 85k legal immigrants most of whom has an American education is not controversial unlike retard MAGA says on X. We need to extend legal immigration because it's insanely gated atm.

Again tons of startups have tons of grifters. Its just that they're not on X and people are too afraid to call them out.
Ryan@ohryansbelt

Delve, a YC-backed compliance startup that raised $32 million, has been accused of systematically faking SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance reports for hundreds of clients. According to a detailed Substack investigation by DeepDelver, a leaked Google spreadsheet containing links to hundreds of confidential draft audit reports revealed that Delve generates auditor conclusions before any auditor reviews evidence, uses the same template across 99.8% of reports, and relies on Indian certification mills operating through empty US shells instead of the "US-based CPA firms" they advertise. Here's the breakdown: > 493 out of 494 leaked SOC 2 reports allegedly contain identical boilerplate text, including the same grammatical errors and nonsensical sentences, with only a company name, logo, org chart, and signature swapped in > Auditor conclusions and test procedures are reportedly pre-written in draft reports before clients even provide their company description, which would violate AICPA independence rules requiring auditors to independently design tests and form conclusions > All 259 Type II reports claim zero security incidents, zero personnel changes, zero customer terminations, and zero cyber incidents during the observation period, with identical "unable to test" conclusions across every client > Delve's "US-based auditors" are actually Accorp and Gradient, described as Indian certification mills operating through US shell entities. 99%+ of clients reportedly went through one of these two firms over the past 6 months > The platform allegedly publishes fully populated trust pages claiming vulnerability scanning, pentesting, and data recovery simulations before any compliance work has been done > Delve pre-fabricates board meeting minutes, risk assessments, security incident simulations, and employee evidence that clients can adopt with a single click, according to the author > Most "integrations" are just containers for manual screenshots with no actual API connections. The author describes the platform as a "SOC 2 template pack with a thin SaaS wrapper" > When the leak was exposed, CEO Karun Kaushik emailed clients calling the allegations "falsified claims" from an "AI-generated email" and stated no sensitive data was accessed, while the reports themselves contained private signatures and confidential architecture diagrams > Companies relying on these reports could face criminal liability under HIPAA and fines up to 4% of global revenue under GDPR for compliance violations they believed were resolved > When clients threaten to leave, Delve reportedly pairs them with an external vCISO for manual off-platform work, which the author argues proves their own platform can't deliver real compliance > Delve's sales price dropped from $15,000 to $6,000 with ISO 27001 and a penetration test thrown in when a client mentioned considering a competitor

I desperately need to learn more math. Recently I invented "lerp" from first principles. Would have saved some time if I knew its industry-standard name :/

opencode 1.3.0 will no longer autoload the claude max plugin we did our best to convince anthropic to support developer choice but they sent lawyers it's your right to access services however you wish but it is also their right to block whoever they want we can't maintain an official plugin so it's been removed from github and marked deprecated on npm appreciate our partners at openai, github and gitlab who are going the other direction and supporting developer freedom

🧾 Receipts: Ilhan Omar’s original last name was Elmi before it was changed. This evidence was available, but the Obama Justice Department refused to investigate. Her brother, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, and their father, Nur Said Elmi (also known as Nur Omar), used multiple names across different countries. Part of the family fled to the United Kingdom, while Ilhan Omar and others entered the United States under their father’s assumed name, “Omar.” These name changes and split identities were used to conceal the father’s true war crimes and identity. Marriage details: • Groom: Ahmed Nur Said Elmi • Bride: Ilhan Abdullahi Omar (real name Ilhan Elmi) Extradition? @TheJusticeDept @DHSgov @WhiteHouse

10 massive Canadian federal projects (2010-2025) that delivered almost ZERO benefits or were never built: 1) Phoenix Pay System. $5B+ wasted, still broken payroll for 290,000 federal employees. 2) ArriveCan App. $60M+ for a pandemic app now obsolete. 3) High Frequency Rail (HFR/Alto). Decades of studies, $60-90B+ estimates, zero track laid. 4) RADARSAT Constellation. $1B+ satellites with years of delays & overruns. 5) CH-148 Cyclone Helicopters. 20+ yrs late, billions extra, limited opportunities. 6) Assault-Style Gun Buyback . $100M+ spent, pilot got just 25 guns. 7) Canada Infrastructure Bank flops (e.g. Mapleton, Lake Erie Connector). Billions committed, projects cancelled, sunk costs. 8) Fixed-Wing SAR Aircraft. Repeated delays, still no full replacement. 9) NEOSSat Satellite . Years late, over budget, limited value. 10) Canada Space Agency long-term satellite/space strategy. Repeated failed plans, capability gaps. Tens of billions down the drain. Classic Ottawa waste. I can easily think of 20 more wasted project (2 billion trees, Lag Megantic rail, Stellantis battery plant, Canada Post, Air CAnada bailouts, cricket plant....)
604RAW@604RAW

Canada just signed a $200 million deal for a new spaceport in Nova Scotia 👀 The 10-year agreement aims to give Canada its own launch site so Canada doesn’t have to rely on SpaceX and other foreign rockets to get satellites into orbit. The deal will support building independent launch capability on Canadian soil for satellites and defence needs. It will still take years before it’s fully running.

BREAKING: We've just received the news that the Carney government is appealing the Emergencies Act decision. Today was their deadline. They filed it at the absolute last moment. And we were ready. We are prepared to defend our victory that found the Emergencies Act was used unlawfully and the regulations were unconstitutional, should the Supreme Court grant leave.

Here's how I'm trying to figure out the skills that are durable enough to not be replaced by an agent... Imagine a future where agents are able to manage an infinite amount of context and have access to all of the same tools that you have access to. In that world, what unique value proposition does a human still have over an agent?
