Just a dad, livin' in the 6ix. Tryin' to get by with the sky high prices. Fight this crisis of liberal bias. I miss the times of carefree mind trips.

Quebec is moving ahead with plans to recognize “fromage en grains du Québec” (cheese curds) as a controlled designation. If adopted, the milk would have to come from Quebec and the curds made there too. If you're outside Quebec, you’re basically out of luck. Need to call it something else.

@MelissaLantsman They change all their positions on these other nations for votes and for MoUs, but one thing remains: Hatred of Trump, Hatred of USA, and Pierre is catching strays for God knows what reason!

If Eby did not know, he should have known and should resign. If he knew and did not object or inform voters, he should also resign. When the head of government allows others to take your land, he fails at the first duty of government: the defense of property.
Cosmin Dzsurdzsa@cosminDZS

Unbelievable. David Eby admits he wasn’t even briefed on the feds recognizing Musqueam Aboriginal title over Metro Vancouver where a third of BCs population lives What are you even good for as Premier? These clowns don't give a damn about private property

Prime Minister Carney continues to demonstrate a worrying trend: Running away from accountability and refusing to answer questions.   The PM, his Ministers and his officials continue to contradict themselves - on India and on Iran. And the PM refuses to clarify what the government’s position actually is.    On India, last week a Carney government official said India is no longer meddling and conducting foreign interference activities, transnational repression or violence in Canada. This week, CSIS said the opposite: That India is still one of the main perpetrators of foreign interference and espionage activities in Canada.   On Iran, last week Mr. Carney was unequivocal in supporting U.S. airstrikes against Iran when he said, “Canada supports the United States acting to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon and to prevent its regime from further threatening international peace and security.”   In contrast, Minister Anand said this week, “We prefer a diplomatic solution,” and "Canada believes in a diplomatic and peaceful solution.”    And Minister McGuinty managed to say both contradictory things at once: That the government supports the U.S. airstrikes and supports a ceasefire. “The Prime Minister and the government decided from the beginning of this that we would support this incursion. But we're also calling for a diplomatic end to it. We’d very much prefer to see peace and a ceasefire.”    The Prime Minister is avoiding the media and refuses to answer questions about the threats to the safety and security of Canadians and refuses to answer questions about Canada’s position in international affairs. This is deeply troubling.    As head of government, he has a special responsibility for national security and for the conduct of international relations. He needs to start answering questions.   #cdnpoli

@GarnettGenuis I get it that for political reasons, you had to include the "threat" of annexation by the US, but we all know it was just Trump trolling us

In Defence of Canada sherwoodparknews.com/opinion/column… "The challenges facing Canada have prompted me to think a lot about Canadian nationalism. The immediate threats to the Canadian nation are obvious: rising separatism and explicit proposals for annexation from the US. These and other threats call out for a response that does not just reject them on practical and procedural grounds, but that explains robustly why the Canadian nation is a necessary and positive force for good in the world."
