More than anything, it is the tyranny of men that creates these sordid connections to cultural forms that are in and of themselves innocuous.
An apology won’t fix any of the scars but it might just give the Bengalis enough to move on.

Historical evaluation for all recent Presidents should be revised downward given where the US has ended up. As a "Panican" Dems have equal blame, Trump would be impossible without Reagan era illegals boom, Obama poisoning race relations or Clinton trashing dignity of the office.

We are both (presumably) fairly fluent in English. But we aren’t well versed in Latin, or French or Greek. But you are well versed in bullshit. I don’t imagine Chandar, Manto (failed Urdu) or Ahmad Qasmi (broke Persian crutches) took Persian 101 from Sharghzadeh.
