@Andrew_Moser There is a reason we’re talking about a “male loneliness epidemic” while also criticizing female friendship and, oddly, the women are not lonely.

Men will have friends they know next to nothing about. Women, if they have actual female friendships, are sharing large parts of their inner world and private life. It’s hard for deep women and shallow women to be friends with each other. Shallow women who are friends often don’t value friendship enough to be good to each other. The women with deep friendships are working through real, vulnerable things together. And it can be a delicate dance between being there for someone emotionally and being able to tell/receive hard truths. Men don’t understand this because a lot of them don’t have friendships of this depth.

I've skimmed 3 studies on male victims of abuse. All 3 stressed the stance that either women are abused more frequently or that while men do need more aid and social awareness than currently exists, it must be done so as to not minimize female victims. Abuse should have never been framed by gendered politics. There's no other crime where victim support is moderated by gender.

The protests in Ireland are not about just fuel! They are about the distance between Ireland on this graph and every other modern and developed economy. Ireland is second wealthiest but gets waaaaay less than any other country for that wealth. By a golden mile. That visual gap in this graph? That’s what people are protesting. It’s a lack of infrastructure and the everyday enshittification of services, the economy, and the additional difficulty of trying to live, relative to peers in any other country. It also highlights why people don’t get uniformly listened to! - because there is no government architecture to engage meaningfully across this huge gap. That gap is a three hour drive to work in traffic, a 14 month wait for an MRI, buses that don’t arrive, trains that don’t exist, schools that have no places for your kids, houses that are unaffordable, pubs that close before midnight, €12 sandwiches, expensive fuel. People feel this gap, even if they can’t explain it precisely. And that builds into resentment, and ultimately protest. Fuel just happened to be the next thing that could be pointed to, today.

That guy is a businessman. He doesn’t give a hoot about evolution, social norm, men or women. He only cares about money and he explored the market with what easily pays. Lust. And women are not given easy paths to debase themselves. Less than 1 percent of women are creators. You can’t use that numbers to judge all women. It’s too low.

It includes years after treatment/remission so many divorces are women leaving the man that supported them through their sickness years later.

For decades, menstrual products were tested with saline or water. It's not the only example. Until 1993, U.S. medical trials could legally exclude women, meaning most drugs were only tested on men's bodies. Seatbelts? Crash tests used male dummies until 2011, making women 47% more likely to be seriously injured in a car crash. Alzheimer's affects women more….2/3 of cases are female, due to longer life and higher risk but Most early research used only male animals and men in trials, excluding women. Funny how research ignored women for decades …still women live longer than men.

@ma1ybe The side effects were more severe, more got them, it took 2 months to be effective, by 6 months 10% had severe depression with suicide ideation with some attempts. 1 died(they said unrelated). With short exposure it also took over a year before most regained a fertile sperm count

@men_are_human Most broke men are short men. Even studies proving this. I myself am struggling to find work, and i know it's because of my height, unless I was a minority or something. Women don't care about money anyways it's all about looks/height as much you MRAs love to deny
