🏴 Cumbernauld Community Cleanup 🇬🇧 2pm, Sunday 24th May 2026 Meeting at Lanternhouse Theatre, Cumbernauld. Two @NL_Restore_ & @RestoreGlasgow members are teaming up to start what we hope to be a series of events, cleaning up our communities with voluntary litter picks and we would like to invite anyone who is interested in helping, to our first Community Cleanup, in Cumbernauld. The concept by @MyDugAlbie can be read here: x.com/i/status/20542… We'd be delighted if you can join us as we begin to Restore our Communities, one by one, however we can. If you have a litter picking stick and/or a hi-viz vest, please bring these with you, and we will also try to stock-up with these items for anyone who doesn't own them already. No need to register your interest, just bring yourself along on the day! Getting to Lanternhouse Theatre: 🚎 by bus: X25 or X25A From Glasgow, bus stops directly outside Lanternhouse on Kildrum Road. 🚄 by train: Get off at Cumbernauld Station and go right, follow the road to the roundabout and Lanternhouse is directly across the road. 🚕 by car: Lanternhouse, South Kildrum Ring Road, Cumbernauld, G67 2UF.
