@JackPosobiec Erika Kirk has no “victim’s rights” to a speedy trial. On the other hand, the defendant has a right to full discovery. What is the government hiding? Why won’t they hand over full discovery?

@zerohedge Long overdue. My wife had to hire couriers for her business to deliver packages 90 miles away because literally 50% of the time, the package shipped with FedEx was showing up days later instead of overnight which she paid for. FedEx is an absolute disaster right now.

A true embarrassment for Steve Baker. He can’t see that his embellishment and exaggeration are a liability and instead continues to double down. He’s in denial about the retraction of the original pipe bomber story and is willing to go down with the ship. Sad state of affairs.

🚨Breaking🚨: One week ago today I gave an extensive, interview to @megynkelly for the @megynkellyshow. While this was originally intended and announced to be a live interview, the decision was made to record for later release. This was a last-minute decision precipitated by the stunning revelation - that morning - that Shauni Kerkhoff had failed an FBI polygraph about her alleged roll in the J6 pipe bomber saga. The Megyn Kelly Team kept me apprised for the next week of reasons for the delay in releasing the interview, and this morning gave me this statement on why it will not be aired: “After extensive independent legal review, without having access to certain sources referenced throughout the interview, we are not able to air the interview at this time. We appreciate you taking the time to do this, and hope you understand that we have tried to get this to a point where we could clear our independent standards for air. We remain very interested in this story, and will be in touch should there be further developments in the future.” I will present additional information if and when that comes available.

"Bro, there's no way a .30-06 hits a person's neck and doesn't go just straight through. I know. I watched a video of a dude shooting dead pig parts." The answer to the neck obsessed crowd that actually knows nothing about firearms nor ballistics, a thread:🧵

@AugustusMcCrea3 @GBNT1952 You really aren’t seeing problematic variable here? The neck of a deer is much thicker and stronger than the area of the human neck where Charlie was shot. Apples and oranges.

@DozerTheDoggo @GBNT1952 Two .30 cal bullets I pulled from neck shot deer, except shot with a much more powerful .30 cal (300 win mag). I shot a deer this year where I couldn’t even find the entrance wound until I skinned the deer. No visible hole, no blood, no exit. Total clown shit.

No. The argument is that absolutely nobody has done any type of experiment that shows it is possible for a flimsy human neck bone to stop a 30-06 with 2500 ft lbs of energy behind it. The only evidence I’ve seen is folks saying “I’ve been a hunter for 20 years and bullets do weird things”.

You posted evidence that bullets can get lodged in a neck. Not arguing that a .22. or a .380 shot at close range can’t get lodged in a neck. I’m saying a clean shot from a 30-06 at a nearly level plain with 2500+ ft lbs of force behind it can’t be stopped by a human neck. You posted no evidence that contradicts that.

Half of all soft core expanding rifle rounds, fired in real world situations, cannot be conclusively matched to the gun by the ATF because they are too far mutilated. DNA on the trigger, bolt, and shell casings all matched Tyler Robinson.

@FenixAmmunition True, this can be viewed various ways. But a glaring question is: if the item is alleged to be a jacket fragment from a 30.06 round, and there was no exit wound, then where is the rest of the round?

If you think a "bullet jacket fragment" is enough to positively identify (or, rule out) a particular firearm used in a shooting you are announcing to the world that you're incredibly low IQ and that you've received all of your education on "ballistic science" by watching reruns of CSI: Las Vegas. But it's exactly what I'd expect from people who also watch Candace Owens. It's daytime podcast aimed at the same type of audience.

@monsterhunter45 @IanRunkle Nope. There are zero variables that would cause a 30-06 sot at that angle from that range to stop in a human neck. Absolutely nobody who has tried can come close to replicating that.

As an actual gun guy, watching ignorant dummies on here pontificate about how bullets should behave is a hoot. Everybody who shoots a lot has seen bullets do weird stuff. Bullets obey the laws of physics. The same bullets fired under the same conditions into standardized testing medium under the same conditions will produce similar results. However as more variables are introduced, the results will diverge. And there's a LOT of variables. What type of bullet is it? There are a whole bunch of different kinds. They are constructed differently using different materials for different results. What was the velocity? Was the ammo in good condition so it was close to the listed factory velocity, or was it degraded? On impact, did the bullet tumble? Did it poke a hole and zip through? Did it fragment? How did it fragment? And each fragment has a different weight and shape, which can all do different things. Then you get into the living thing getting hit, and it gets even more complicated because bodies are complicated. Some bits are solid. They absorb energy differently. Some are stretchy and elastic. Some smoosh. Some shatter. Some will do either based upon the mass or velocity of the individual bits which strike it. And that's the SHORT version. Anybody who says one particular bullet is going to do one exact thing to one specific target, every time, when they don't even know a fraction of the variables I listed, is full of shit and trying to sell you something.

@Liz_Wheeler I have no idea who is responsible for shooting Charlie. I just know that he was not shot with a 30-06. That’s all I need to know to know that people in power are lying about what happened.

So help me understand. If Tyler Robinson wasn’t the lone shooter, what’s the theory? That Robinson DID shoot Charlie but was a puppet of the French Legionaries or Israel? Or that Tyler Robinson wasn’t even on campus and the evidence against him is totally fabricated by the Feds? I’m asking these questions in good faith. I agree with Kolvet who said yesterday, if there’s evidence of a “foreign nexus” or even a U.S. govt nexus, why wouldn’t I be open to that? It wouldn’t be bigotry against the French if there was hard evidence that the French were involved. It wouldn’t be antisemitic if there was hard evidence that Israel was involved. It wouldn’t be anti-American if there was hard evidence that the CIA or the U.S. military was involved. Heck, I’m even somewhat inclined to believe govts are capable of this sort of thing… but they’ve done it before. I think the CIA was part of the JFK assassination. I think the current U.S. govt allowed a would-be assassin to try to murder Trump. That doesn’t make me anti-American. There are bad subversives actors in every govt. But I need evidence. So here’s my question: What are the allegations of “foreign nexus” playing a role in Charlie’s assassination based on? The maroon shirts at UVU? The Egyptian planes? Fort Huachuca? Joe Kent hasn’t provided anything. Pre-existing anti-Israel sentiment isn’t enough. That’s not evidence. Charlie’s frustration with some pro-Israel donor and lobby behavior isn’t enough. That’s not evidence. Please explain. I write this in response to all the responses I received yesterday on this post after I detailed the evidence of Tyler Robinson’s guilt, and so many of you scoffed at it. What are you saying? That Tyler isn’t guilty? If so, who framed him? That Tyler is guilty but controlled by a foreign power? If so, who? Show your work please.
Liz Wheeler@Liz_Wheeler

Literally all the evidence points to Tyler Robinson's guilt in assassinating Charlie Kirk. Tyler Robinson confessed to his parents. Confessed to his trans boyfriend. Confessed to his Discord group chat. Confessed to police when he turned himself in. Tyler Robinson's parents recognized their son in the photo released by law enforcement. They recognized the rifle Tyler used as one from his grandfather. Tyler Robinson's DNA was found on the rifle and on the cloth where he rested his cheek as he shot Charlie. Neither Tyler, nor his parents, his boyfriend or ANYONE who knows Tyler has denied that Tyler Robinson killed Charlie Kirk. His own mother says Tyler was increasingly radical in his pro-trans rhetoric and specifically talked about Charlie Kirk being "hateful" and again, specifically spoke about Charlie's event at UVU ahead of it. Charlie's surgeon told Charlie's team that the .30-06 bullet had ricocheted off his spine down into his body. Recent court documents in Charlie's murder trial also confirm that a fragment of the bullet was examined from Charlie's body during his autopsy (looking likely like a frangible bullet that fragments upon impact, explaining the no exit wound). The idea the Tyler Robinson did not shoot Charlie Kirk is... delusion. Some people don't WANT Tyler Robinson to be guilty because they'd rather blame the most heinous act of political violence in our lifetime on their pre-determined enemy, Israel. Yet, when they make this allegation, they provide ZERO PROOF. "Foreign nexus"? SHOW US THE PROOF. Meanwhile, as they spin delusional theories without evidence, a real conspiracy remains untouched. Radical trans groups and individuals in the days and weeks leading to Charlie's assassination posted online signaling foreknowlege of Charlie's murder. WHAT DID THEY KNOW? And why do these opportunists who claim to want justice for Charlie have no interest in investigating THAT?
