I’m out of a job… Yesterday was my last day of work. My wife and I got started reselling in April last year after joining @ShannonJean’s group, and now we’ve quit to go all in. We’ve got a warehouse, about $80-100k of inventory, and a goal to build a real business

Purchase a Christmas tree on FB Marketplace, paid $10- 9ft tree with lights (used). Good deals everywhere! This same used tree can be flipped for $100+ during Christmas time. I may become the @MikeMcCabe1970 of Christmas trees and start flipping them. Time to stockpile.

Just won my first pallet off B-Stock. Costco rug pallet 44 units ~20.7% of MSRP A week ago I was still trying to figure out if I should even pull the trigger. Took some advice, did the research, and went for it. Now it’s time to see if I can actually move it. The reps begin.

I just got approved for a $150,000 HELOC. And I’m about to turn my 15-year mortgage into <3 years. Here’s the crazy math: Most people buy a $400k house and end up paying $700k+ over time. That’s $300k in interest just for following the “normal” plan. I’m not doing that. Instead - Using a HELOC to hit large chunks of principal • Routing my income through the line • Letting cash flow crush the balance faster. Same house. Same income. Completely different outcome. People will say this is risky. But taking 30 years to pay off a house and handing the bank $300k? That’s the real risk. I’ll update this journey as I go. Who here thinks this is genius… Who here has done this before? Why isn't no one talking about this?

I told my daughter to clean out her closet. She opens a DEPOP account and has sold six items in the past three days. A fire has been lit 🔥 We are already talking about buying “a paca” of clothing to resell (google it or search FB Marketplace). You can just do things. She did👍🏽

Scored my dream grill in Facebook Marketplace for a steal. Drove to Lucas,TX to pick it up. Handmade by a high school FFA student. SELLER paid a premium for it at an auction and it sat in her yard for a year. Part of me wants to flip it😬

@JDPCollective Bought the cheapest one on Amazon. It was actually easy to set up and works for my current needs (A few packages a day). I’ll eventually upgrade when I get larger volume of sales .

For months I’ve been taking my orders to the post office, I show my QR codes and they print my labels. I’ve built great relationships with the post office workers, but I deal with long lines! Today, I finally purchased a thermal label printer. Why didn’t I do this months ago🤷🏽‍♂️

Do you see this work of art? I fought tooth an nail for one of these. 5 pages of them, all up for TEN CENTS. One person took the whole lot. I bid them up like a lunatic and they still beat me. I did manage to snag 3 smaller ones. A wise man once said, "buy with math, sell with emotion." I did not do this. But I am the proud new owner of some library goods that will be a HUGE help for ops behind the scenes.
