@champtgram I'd reconsider which part of Miami you frequent. Miami now represents South Florida, and 2026 is the year its startup ecosystem scales. I believed this before California's wealth tax fears. Dream scenario? A place of work and home in both.

Did you know? Iran owns a plot of land in Tel Aviv 🇮🇱
In the 1970s, the Shah of Iran bought 17 Remez Street in Tel Aviv to build an embassy. But in 1979, the Islamic Revolution changed everything, and the land stayed empty.
Today, Israel still protects this property under international law. While waiting for a democratic Iran, Israel turned the site into a public garden.
One day soon, this garden will finally become the embassy it was always meant to be.

Someone should build Cluely for old people.
It actively monitors the screen constantly and prevents them from clicking sketchy links ands ads that are most likely viruses.
Can charge a monthly subscription like $10/mo.
